I stayed for 1 night in the Queen Studio, Non-Smoking and honestly, it was a bit of a nightmare. The room smelled like pet urine, which was really off-putting. The TV was acting funny with volume issues. I did appreciate the decent parking area that was well-lit, but the stale breakfast was disappointing too. Not what I was hoping for.

Couples keep looking elsewhere

Ms. Gabbie was super nice and polite, like she actually cared about us, which is rare. Also, Danyella and Roberto really came through when I needed help with my bags since I was dragging them halfway across the hotel.

But honestly, it wasn't cheap for what you get, definitely on the higher side of budget.

my stay at extended stay was enjoyable. it was clean and the staff were friendly, making me feel at home. the location was perfect, close to more breakfast options. i appreciated the welcoming service, especially from umfort, who helped ease my nerves.
